Upon arrival, I received a free upgrade to a larger room. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the Metro at Clark Quay, making it easy to explore the city and visit popular areas like Orchard Street, Chinatown, and the harbor.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is within walking distance to Clarke Quay and near the Fort Canning MRT station. The staff at reception were available 24/7 and were very helpful, providing us with anything we needed. The shower and bathroom were good, and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to multiple attractions and areas of the city. The pool deck was enjoyable, and the beds were perfectly arranged. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Fort Canning MRT and a short walk to Clarke Quay and Boat Quay. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful riverside walks, perfect for enjoying the night lights and drinks. the proximity to Chinatown provided plenty of options for eating and shopping.
